This weekend Scottish Championships are being held in Ravenscraig, Motherwell. Registration for the event has already closed, and draws are now available online at www.handlesport.com

ITF Scotland will host their next Master’s seminar on Saturday 11th March from 9am – 12 noon at GMAC Livingston.
The seminar is for black belts 1st degree or higher. Cost £25.00
Please advise your instructor on or before 5th March should you be attending.
The first of our inter club championships will take place on Sunday 12th March at GMAC Livingston. Entry forms are available now from your instructor or you can download below.
The closing date for entries is 5th March. Timetable will be given in advance of the event.
16 competitors from GMAC attended the WKA Scottish Championships on Saturday 11th February held at Ravenscraig Sports Facility in Motherwell. The team all fought hard and came away with an impressive 7 Gold, 6 Silver and 3 Bronze medals.

Just prior to Christmas, ITF Scotland held their selection event for the European Championships being held 20th – 23rd April in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The first graduation of the year was held on 4th February, for our youngest students in our ITF Kids Class, they’ve been working extremely hard since their last graduation last October. We were very impressed by their effort, especially with their Korean Words!
