World Championships Call Up

Members of GMAC Martial Arts have been selected to be part of the national team at the forthcoming ITF World Championships being held in Dublin, Ireland from 9th to 15th October. 

We are please to announce the following selections;

  • Jason Munro:  Senior 3rd Degree Patterns and Team events
  • Iain O’Hare:  Senior -70kg Sparring and Team events
  • Megan Brown:  Senior 2nd Degree Pattern, -56kg Sparring and Team events
  • Melissa Brown:  Senior Female Team events
  • Kieran Cain:  Senior 1st Degree Pattern and Team events
  • Jay Jervis:  Junior -68kg Sparring and Team events
  • Hayden McAvoy:  Junior -50kg Sparring and Team events

Training is well under way and we wish them all the best in their preparations for the event.  

As Dublin is less than an hours flight away should you wish to head over a watch them, the event runs from Wednesday to Sunday and tickets can be found online at http://www.itfwc2017.com
